In addition, the raising of the speed limit hasn't led to more accidents. It's just lead to more gas consumption. Also, you can just as easily die in an auto accident going 55, 45, 35 mph as you are going 70..
You keep referring to the same point over and over. You keep ignoring my response. Why can't smokers keep their habits to themselves? Why do I have to be involved with it?Deuces Valley.
... No really, deuces.

Maybe you should remind some of your student friends to show up to games and enjoy their 4 years of fun.Deuces Valley.

I wish that smokers would keep their habit to themselves, I just don't want government to coerice them to do so - and I repeat, you do. You want government to make your life more convenient; so you won't have to avoid smokers.
Where's your line? Where does it end? Is this the only thing you want government to do for you?
I still haven't read a response why you are not equipped to avoid smoke. Does the smoke sneak up on you ?
A restaurant serving transfat doesn't harm folks ? Do you really believe that?
Lower speed limits don't save lives? Do you really believe that?
And by the way, I don't smoke - so get bent.

Why can't you avoid the smoke? Because it is too inconvenient? Why do you want government to regulate so much behaviour? Are you so obese that you can't walk around people who are smoking?
Higher speed limits cause more deaths than lower speed limits; I am sure you know that but you are too stubborn to admit it. Why aren't speed limits within city limts 50 mph?
When will you start your campaigning for lower speed limits?
I like going to smoke free places - I just want to make that decision myself. You want government to make that decision for you.
Smoke is visible and avoidable - transfat is not. Why aren't you against transfat?

I've answered and responded to each and every one of your points. You continue to ignore mine and everyone else's points and keep going back to the same mundane argument which, quite frankly, has gotten destroyed.
The ignorant and repetitive nature of your posts suggest you may have lost this one.Deuces Valley.

I don't think I've ignored anyone, nor have I been repetitive nature. Have my general ideas been the same? Absolutely.
It just gets boring having a discussion and then the opponent can't fight anymore and just starts fading away..
But again, thanks for your input. Looks like you've accepted defeat as well.. :yes:Deuces Valley.
