If it interferes with the quality of the air I or my young children breath in a public place it is a problem. Non smokers should not have to breath smoke when they go to a basketball game.

Those smokers by the way account for approximately 20 percent of the population. 42 million in the US in 2007. I think that smoking is bad and is a health risk and that is why I quit but I feel that smokers make that choice to smoke on their own. Laws shouldn't do that for them.
Interesting that you've complained about non-smoker whiners when it seems like you're doing the most whining on here..Deuces Valley.
... No really, deuces.

I think what Russ is getting at is this... If you don't want to be around smoke because your afraid of death then don't voluntarily enter a smoking establishment and get bitchy with smokers for smoking. This is America and you can go down the street to another joint and eat without smoke. Just the same as the smokers can choose to go to a smoke free location. Difference is the smokers don't ***** about it not being smokey enough for them when they voluntarily enter a smoke free establishment knowing damn well there isn't any smoke. Its the holier than thou attitude that stinks not the smoke or the establishment for catering to its customers!!!

And I don't think most people inside Koch Arena taking their kids to the bathroom have a 'holier than thou' attitude for not wanting to breathe that crap. They just don't wanna stink and die. That's pretty fair IMO.Deuces Valley.

I will say that I have some lasting memories in that place as it was the location where I enjoyed our second round NCAA victory over Tennessee! Wow we got that little T.V. room rockin' that night!
