RCP has it 200 - 124 and has called TX for McCain.

But with PA and OH called for Obama, it would take some sort of miracle for McCain to win.

CNN currently has the House at 103-68 and the Senate at 52-36

CBS's web page says it's Obama 199, McCain 124, but when you add up the states they've projected for Obama, it comes up to 200. They need to learn how to count.

RCP is showing FL (61) in favor of Obama 51-48. If it holds it's definitely over. It pretty much already is...

It doesn't matter which party you support - you don't want your guy in the White House when the economy tanks.

It's not that the Prez is directly responsible in any way, but that's the most voters tend to vote in tough times- against the party in the White House.

I'm not surprised by the results so far for any of the national offices. I'd been expecting exactly what's happening since late summer.

I expect the country is going to make a small move toward a more socialist state, but we haven't been a true Capitalist country for a long time. I expect more of a minor adjustment than any major movement in philosophy.

Stories about a guy making half a bill while bankrupting his company and then getting bailed out by the govt. don't set well. Voters vote out the most obvious guy and his party. I know that example isn't quite accurate, but it's as accurate as voters perceptions when the voters aren't happy.

McCain has a tiny lead in IN 50-49 (75).
VA is 50-50 (73)
