Thats President Elect Barry to you sir! :D 8)
I will refer to him as all the liberal media has refered to the current President.....simply Mr. Obama....when I'm in a good mood.

I do want to follow up with the fact that I am even more disappointed in the congress than Bush. Congress should be able to do better even without a dynamic leader in the White House.

Us all in debt? Didn't know you were personally responsible for the national deficit. Must have been a law that passed when I was overseas.

                        • Spending put us in debt.
Tax cuts actually increased revenue to the federal government.
                          Nice try though.
                          Try again.

Since we are basically on the same side (anti-socialist) I hate to argue against you, but voting based solely upon what is best for yourself is not the answer. Issues like social security and medicare effect me very little right now, but I think are some of the most important issues when I choose who to vote for. Unfortunately, very few candidates or congress people have the fortitude to do what needs done on these issues. McCain was almost as bad as Obama. Bush sucked, Clinton sucked.

Despite some of his more controversial views, we desperately need a Ron Paul type leader who will steer us back towards the constitution.

Oh wait, your speaking in terms of those loans that the Dems gave you when you couldn't afford them.
