This freakin idiot needs to go to prison for the rest of his life. You get drunk and go out in public with a loaded gun and shoot and kill two people, you are guaranteed to get 25 plus years. But something tells me that since this guy was driving, that the prison time will be less.

The federal government should make it mandatory to install breath analyzers tied into the ignition and operation center of the vehicle so the only way to start the car and drive is for the person to take a test. Who pays for this, the dumbass who was convicted.

Except then you just have a sober person blow for you. No biggie and really not much of a deterrent.

Then why not just get the sober person to drive?

It's such a shame, it seems like whenever a drunk hits someone, the drunk is the one that ends up surviving the crash.

not the same incident but how disgusting and sad is it about the guy driving drunk at 1:15 in the afternoon kills a mom and a 4 year old as they are walking to an elementary school. It sickens me. Especially even more after I hear that this guy has been in and out of jail for years; some being drinking violations.
