I like the direction they've gone. I'm not a huge Herm fan but I'm not going to throw him under the bus if we struggle this year.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhh
They just went away from the game and put Obama on instead. I didn't even think about that happening and am quite disappointed even though I shouldn't be the least bit surprised.Infinity Art Glass - Fantastic local artist and Shocker fan

From what I saw they looked much better, looks like they ran the ball effectively even in the 2nd half, and played decent defense to start. STL's backups are still a far cry from NE's starters but at least it was better than last week.
I agree with Sub, Herm inherited a mess so we'll see how he does with it. I'd like to see some wins but mainly just improvement through the year and being competitive in as many games as possible.

and of course, they may only keep 51 or so, and get some guys on the waiver wire, especially at LB and DEFollow me on twitter: https://twitter.com/Shox_KCfan

I would replace Battle with Savage. In which case, Sams would probably be gone as well unless they keep him early on as an insurance policy.
Sippio would have a chance but I'm not sure he's beat out Price.
Personally, I haven't seen a single thing from Darling to make me want to keep him, but I have a feeling they've seen something in camp that'll keep him aboard. I'd drop him and add Sippio based off of game performance.Infinity Art Glass - Fantastic local artist and Shocker fan

I'd like to see Savage make the team. He's had a pretty good camp/pre-season. But it'd be tough to replace a draft pick with him (someone they actually have something already invested in).
RB is quite easily the deepest spot on the roster.

I just think Savage played himself out of a Job yesterday. Its ok to make a mistake every once in while, but to make them in back to back weeks is a no no, especially if you trying to make the team.Follow me on twitter: https://twitter.com/Shox_KCfan

Cuts have been made. A few mild surprises but nothing major. Sippio was released. And the Chiefs have apparently kept 5 HBs and Cox at FB.Infinity Art Glass - Fantastic local artist and Shocker fan

Shoot, I was really pulling for Sippio, he looked good but I suppose that was against 2nd and 3rd teamers. Like you said Sub, Darling must be showing something in practice to make it ahead of someone whose got a couple TD's in pre-season.
I'm aslo expecting some waiver wire pick-ups so a couple guys may still be let go who made it for now. I can't see keeping as many KR's, Sams didn't show enough to me to keep him. As a veteran just there for KR's I'd expect more, Savage made some mistakes, but he's young and still has to learn, but if he shows the potential I'd go wtih him. If he doesn't work out you can always get a Sams-type player to cover until Robinson makes it back I'd think.
