and I do HIIT (High Intensity Interval training twice a week)
you can do run, swim, bike, eliptical machine, etc.
you do a 5 minute warmup and you begin your intervals (30 sec sprint then 30 sec jog and repeat over and over) then 5 minute cooldown
it's much more time efficient than traditional cardio (at most you'll spend 25 minutes per session doing HIIT) and it burns up to 9 times as much body fat because of epoc or Excess post exercise oxygen
