If you like movies based true stories I would recommend October Sky and The Perfect Game. Also the Greatest Game Ever Played although I don't know if that is really that obscure.
On the fictional side I don't know that I would call Soda Springs seriously good and, in fact, it kind of drags but I have to say the ending did kind of catch me by surprise.Last edited by 1972Shocker; March 18, 2015, 09:38 PM.Comment

Into the Wild with Emile Hirsch. For those that like the outdoors and the adventurous (albeit foolish) spirit this is a great movie for you. Some of you might find it too hippie for your liking but I absolutely LOVE it.
