Trop, you are absolutely right concerning the fans getting into the dome.

But all it would have taken to get anything through the service and delivery entrances would have been to have one or two inside guys and/or perhaps one of their guys working security. Properly planning and working this out 3-6 months prior to the actual Final 4 dates would have allowed more than enough time to have gotten their own people working inside and once that was accomplished, anything could have happened. And this could have taken place well in advance of the added security for the NCAA tournament.

Yea I believe the white one is a Tiger Woods "Victory Red" irons hat with the VR logo on the side. That was my first impression of it.

Apparently they got them or in the process of getting them or somebody in boston.......These details via Boston EMS scanner: one suspect run over by police. 2 officers down potentially, bombs in street.

Hand Grenades and Automatic weapons being used by suspects.

Not sure if this is related to the bomb incident though, just some strange things happening.
