    I've seen a lot of people say similar things and I think it's mostly true. If places can't sell above a certain oz, than people that really want more will just buy two of the max size. Yes, it will cost more, but if they want their soda they'll find a way to get their soda. I'm told most, if not all, places in NYC don't have the option of self (free) refills and this would be how you get around it.

    Either way, this is a dumbass law that is bound to get overturned.
