One interesting thing that popped out was fanduel is giving Wisconsin -156 over Minnesota. Home game for Minnesota, so that's probably why, but I think Wisconsin could be 4 to 8 points better than Minnesota. Wisconsin 1-5, 6-10, 11-15 bands are +440, +420, +650 respectively. I might experiment with that.

This approach turned out way better for several reasons:
1) It's simple.
2) The "hedge" is baked into the bands. (e.g. If you think the score will be a 4-8 point difference, you are already in [hedged] for 1-3 point differences, and 9-10 or 9-15 point differences (depending on how far out you want to go).
3) The hedges are profitable instead of break even.
4) The hedge is way less expensive.
5) There should be more opportunities.
Who knows if it works long term though?Kung Wu say, man who read woman like book, prefer braille!

Finally getting some computer time again! Gonna try these bands today:
Texas by 1-5
Houston by 1-5
Houston by 6-10
Houston by 11-15
... also trying these bands ...
Duke by 1-5
Virginia Tech by 1-5
Virginia Tech by 6-10
Duke is favored -3.5, so this is the first "upset" I have selected (meaning I'm weighing more on VT than Duke).
