            found it:

The Emergency Operations Center is activated at a Level II when there is a need to bring resources from lateral units of government to actively intervene inan emergency. This level of activation normally occurs immediately after the impact of a disaster.

Shocker fan for life after witnessing my first game in person, the 80-74 win over the #12 Creighton Bluejays at the Kansas Coliseum.

This line goes from the southwest corner of the Texas panhandle through the panhandle, Oklahoma, and Kansas (east of Dodge through Salina).

That's what I heard on the radio (thanks, TuneIn App). I'm about 1-2 miles SE of there. Everything seems to be okay in our neighborhood except for no power. There's been no power here since around 10:35pm according to the stove clock.

probably due to their linear nature the main threat will be large hail and high winds. But the tornado risk could still persist for discrete cells.
