If you've never been to A.V.I., you should check it out. The grilled Caesar salad (w/ chicken/shrimp/salmon) will have you taking photos before you dare disturb its majesty. Incredible value!

      Love the Vermont too!

The little "baby yukon bakers" and "sauteed button mushrooms" are... *YUM*

Food prices are embarrassingly low. Drinks aren't.

Great place to get your car washed too, as it turns out.

Is Ty's Diner still open? Loved their burgers.

Many, many moons ago there was a place at 21st and Woodlawn before Tanners. I think it was Paddy Ryan's or something like that. Had a great buffet on Sunday.

M & M Bierocks on Central. It's UNREAL you can still get one of their huge meat bierocks for $3.25. Just as good today as it was 30 years ago and even before.

                Pillowy deliciousness.

gonna need a pic. We've discussed what makes a bierock on here before.

Maybe I'll make some moose bierocks this weekend.

Out of respect for your judgement I will try it, but the bar is high for bierocks. My wife makes the best I’ve ever had.

It is a breakfast/brunch/lunch restauraunt that closes at 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm depending on the day. I think we went on a Saturday and it was quite busy.

I wonder if RoyalShock is familiar with this one?
I know of it, but never ate there, as it's in an area of town I'm rarely in. It was a Covid casualty, but heard it was recently re-opened by former employees. I've heard good things.
