Had breakfeast one time at the Red Firehouse Cafe in Hutchinson. Kind of unique little restaurant. The fooe was very good and the portions quite large. It is a breakfast/brunch/lunch restauraunt that closes at 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm depending on the day. I think we went on a Saturday and it was quite busy.

I wonder if RoyalShock is familiar with this one?

I know of it, but never ate there, as it's in an area of town I'm rarely in. It was a Covid casualty, but heard it was recently re-opened by former employees. I've heard good things.
