  • NFL Playoffs

The NFL is down to the final 8 teams in the Conference semi-finals.

    Rams @ Packers
    Raven @ Bills
    Browns @ Chiefs
    Bucs @ Saints

I like the Packers moving on to play the Saints in the NFC Championship game and the Bills and Chiefs moving on to play in the AFC Championship game.

My pick for an upset would be the Ravens over the Bills.

Going with the home teams, but agree with the upset pick.

Sure did. Was wondering if the Chiefs would pull it out there toward the end. The backup QB stepped up!

So Brady starts smack talk ... but Chiefs get penalized.

Bucs WR trips defensive player .... pass interference that puts Bucs in TD territory.

              Frustrating.

What has been seen cannot be unseen... I’ll bet his family is proud...

P.S. Looks like the big security guard made a solid tackle.

I respectfully disagree magister; it's just the same as when Uwe Ludwig Horn (of Siegfreid & Roy fame) learned the consequences of violating that old truism, apparently for the first time: Never Slap A Tiger!

Tyrann Matthieu shoulda' kept his big mouth shut...

Yeah, well, television didn't show the part where Brady ran after Mathieu and provoked what you DID see on TV:

A verbal melee between two Super Bowl 2021 competitors resulted in yet another questionable officiating call against the Kansas City Chiefs. Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady appeared to chase down …

What I did see was the same as what the GOAT saw earlier in the game, well before Brown beat Matthieu in the end zone, which was Tyrann waiving Brady off the field after one of his early drives that came up empty. You don't remember seeing that? That is precisely what I am referring to.

It was just a matter of time once Matthieu opened up his big mouth, and kept it running... If he's the leader of KC's D he's going to have to adjust his attitude going forward because he'll be an easy target for opposing teams who take notes.

I don't follow football at all, but when I learned that Tom Brady left the dynasty he created to play for a crap team w/ zero prior prospects of reaching the Super Bowl and then winning it (while his prior team went directly into the toilet)... I was astounded. Would that make him the greatest professional athlete in the history of sports? If not, name those who are better and why.

Should Mathieu have gotten lit up for a 15 yard penalty for that?
