  • Since black people are vaccinated at a very low rate, these vaccination passports, etc and ID cards such that DeBlasio wants to instill in NYC seem to be motivated by racism. This is the systematic racism we hear about. And black people can't get IDs.... That's what I've been told.

KFF is collecting and analyzing data on COVID-19 vaccinations by race/ethnicity to gain increased insight who is receiving the vaccine and whether some groups are facing disparities in vaccination.

      I don't see a race issue.

This post examines a growing COVID-19 vaccine gap in Red and Blue America, with the share of the population that have been fully vaccinated in counties that voted for President Biden in 2020 increasing more rapidly than the share in counties that voted for President Trump.

I do on the other hand see a political issue.

Relegated to the Common Cold because of the vaccines. Vaccinated people are safe from hospitalization and don't need masks.

He also said that the Delta Variant is spiking now but it will go way down in September.

You're gonna hear a lot of fearmongering about the Delta variant, so let me break it down. It is about 40 to 60% more transmissible, but no evidence that it's more deadly. We were told the B117 mutation was more deadly, and the research came in showing that it's not. But because it is more contagious, we're seeing those who are not immune, primarily the young, see more cases.

We're also testing too many people who already have immunity. That's in violation of the CDC guidelines. Nursing homes, hospitals are testing people already immune with no symptoms, and that's what's driving up some of those case numbers that look like Delta hospitalizations. So, we're not going to see a surge in cases, but we’re probably going to see a surge in PCR tests among those asymptomatic, with colonized Delta strain in their nose, but they are not transmissible and they are not sick from the illness.
It's far more infectious than 40-60% over Alpha. It's on par with the chicken pox right now. If it's multiples more infectious, it's multiples more deadly overall - maybe not on a case-by-case basis, but there are doctors who will debate that as well.

There was a progressive mayor that said this yesterday. Cant remember which city.

Quoted wrong post…the mayor said vaccine cards are racist.

Definitely NOT happy with that. I would have the ****ing gate fortified and SHUT on the south border during this pandemic.

I LOVE immigrants. They're the hardest working humble people on the planet. But you only enter this country LEGALLY.

The CEO of Pfizer had to cancel a planned trip to Israel because he was not fully vaccinated. Let me repeat: BECAUSE HE WAS NOT VACCINATED.

It's not true. I never heard of Emerald Robinson, but looking at her tweets, she put out a correction hours later - https://twitter.com/EmeraldRobinson/...29027637526538 - that he received his second shot on March 10 (the original article she linked to was from March 7). Looks like USA Today did an article on his vaccination status in March - https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...ne/7028843002/
