The place was always a dump, now it is in the middle of gang territory, tear it down and put in a trailer park, it would fit in with the neighborhood.Let's hope he can hit a D-1 Curve ball!

I think that's being kind. English is not spoken in the area. As a child, I spent a lot of time at Joyland but you couldn't pay me to go there with my child if they paved it with gold and handed out $100 bills for napkins.
I can't believe there is a section of Wichita that is that bad.

I can't believe there is a section of Wichita that is that bad.
Like 80-90% of Wichita south of Kellogg is "that bad." North of that road it's still probably 50%. A sizable chunk of this town is a cesspool.
