Joyland park in its heyday looked great with the pool mature trees etc.

Good stuff. Except for Douglas and Old Town, I remember the nice area being divided by the RR tracks/bridge.
Agree there’s a lot of potential. Nice to see the area changing for the better....

Isn’t it a bit of a rundown area more suited to warehouse type of apartments rather than luxury? Hopefully the walkability(?) factor will be cleaned up to allow students...

The challenge is why would an angel donor have confidence in the AD making a good decision for a replacement if given the chance? I’d rather the angel donor invest in facilities and let the AD work...
