She's just a sophomore this year isn't she? Would love to get her, but the competition will be fierce and unfortunately the gaps between the haves and the have nots in women's basketball is much greater than in the men's game. Which gives the big girls a decided advantage.Comment

My guess is HCJA has indicated a strong interest in Miss X. Whether or not the interest is reciprical who knows.
This would probaby be the best get ever for the WSU women's program and would immediately translate into increased fan interest I would think.
The competition for Xylina's services will no doubt be intense, but we are the only school were she can play all her home games in the arena where her Dad's image hangs from the rafters.Comment

I think the chances of Xylina being a Shocker are extremely slim (if that high).
Perhaps the best we could hope for would be that whoever she ends up playing for would schedule a game against the Shocks in Koch Arena so Xylina could play in the building where her Dad's image hangs from the rafters.
My guess is such a game would draw a pretty decent crowd and who knows maybe even a TV audience.Comment

This Tennesse message board says Xylina has narrowed her list to UConn, North Carolina, South Carolina and Providence FWIW.
Apparently the source of this info is Roger Wiley, her AAU coach. Sounds like her two favorites at this point are UConn and South Carolina.
