Angela Buckner showed again why she was a Hall of Fame inductee during the Hall of Fame luncheon. She was very sincere and gracious in her acceptance during the Hall of Fame luncheon. It was to bad that there were not more people in attendance. While the women's basketball team showed up to eat they did not stay for the presentation. We were told that they had to go to practice which is fine, but the whole thing only lasted 50 minutes. From my perspective, that shows a total disrespect for a player who contributed so much to this program.

I am disappointed to hear that the current Shocker team did not hang around for the presentation. Perhaps they had no choice, but it would have been nice if they could have allocated another 30 minutes before heading to practice.
In any case, Angela is a worthy new member to the Shocker HOF and congrats to her.
