With the exception of Mean Gene, WSU is and will always be a 'stepping stone' position for up-and-coming coaches. When the BCS comes callin' they will be a wavin'.
Men's basketball coach, women's softball coach, this example all recent examples. We a are a top tier mid-major program but comes with it is the inevitability of losing our young talented coaches to the big dogs.
