I heard about this on KGSO this morning coming into work.

WSU women add 3 from juco

Arkansas-Fort Smith moves from junior-college basketball to NCAA Division II next season. Its final outgoing class of women's basketball players can plan a reunion at Koch Arena.

WSU signed three players from the school on Wednesday, the first day of the signing period. Forward Morgan Boyd, guard Sheena Johnson and guard Dannah Kemp join Marisah Henderson, who transferred from Arkansas-Fort Smith to WSU last season.

Oops. That must be why I missed it. Not too much discussion. But with all three being starters at Arkansas-Fort Smith, it wouldn't surprise me if they all started at one point or another next season.
