The Lady Shocks head back out on the road to finish up the regular season this weekend taking on UNI in Cedar Falls tonight.
The Shocks did defeat UNI 64-53 earlier in the year. However, UNI was just beginning to adjust to life with Jacquie Kalin. This time they are coming off of an upset of ILS in OT on the road last weekend which is a very impressive win.
The Shocks on the other hand are facing their monster in the closet -- a road game. The Shocks have lost 29 consecutive regular season road games + 1 at Drake two years ago in the MVC Tournament.
However, if the Shocks are going to break that streak this year I think UNI presents a better opportunity than Bradley does. That said, the Shocks simply have not shown the ability to play well enough to won on the road. Here is hoping that changes tonight.
