WBB initiates a mentoring program for the Women's Basketball Team put together by Coach Adams and her staff:

Wichita State women's basketball student-athletes have been paired with some of Wichita's most successful women community leaders as part of the Shocker Mentoring Program initiated by first-year head coach Jody Adams and her staff.

I think this is a pretty cool idea and is a nice perk for the players that could also be a nice little gadget to put in the ol' recruiting tool bag.

So far I'm liking what I see and hear about Jody so far.

This is a good idea, and a good move on Jody's part. This should help the girls decide on their chosen paths easier, and help to guide them.
