Softball vs Drake (New Strikeout Queen)

Senior Ashley Bright pitched the Shocks to a 3-0 win over Drake in Game 1 of today's doubleheader with a 4-hit, 14 K complete game effort that makes her the All-Time MVC single season strikeout queen.

The win also guarantees the Lady Shocks a spot in this years MVC post-season tournament.

Ashley has had her ups and downs this year, but all-in-all she has pretty much carried this Shocker team and overall has had an outstanding senior season.
