Meet Coach Adams and Staff

I received a Wu's News e-mail today announcing a Meet and Greet for Caoch Jody Adams and her Staff.

It is next Wednesday, from 5:00 to 7:30 PM in the PHS Multi-Purpose Center in Koch Arena.

Coach Adams will speak at 6:00 PM.
Light Drinks and Light Hors d'oeuvres provided.

I heard that they sent invitations to season ticket holders in all sports, so I hope there is a good turnout. Should be a very busy week for Coach Adams and her staff, as I understand that they have perhaps five athletes coming for official visits next week, as well as this meet-and-greet and team workouts.

Time to make that important first impression. Wow Coach Adams like we wow'd Coach Marshall and the players, especially for the open house.


Call all your buddies and friends. Just hit on the free food and free drinks (no need to mention non-alcoholic) and some smart, gifted, beautiful ladies.

Did any posters from this site attend the "Meet the Coaches" event the other night? Any impressions? I will start off with the impression that there was a nice turnout. I am estimating 20 tables of 8 each, with some folks left standing.

I was planning on attending, but I am fighting an unpleasant cold and figured the Coach and rest of the attendees could do without me spreading my germs.

I am glad it was well attended.

I tried one day but didn't end up with them.

I talked to some that did go and they were EXTREMELY IMPRESSED!!! She went on and on about the staff and that she really thinks this is the right hire and feels like she can now attend womens basketball again. Her and her husband haven't attended in about 3 years I believe. The staff told them to expect a lot of change to which she replied that's what they've been waiting for.

Count me in the "seriously impressed" crowd.


The entire staff.....sharp, polite, organized, confident and excited.


To, without question, put the cart terribly in front of the horse, this staff strikes me as a staff that will not be here too long.


But I expect they will turn things around in short order.


Already she has given me something else to do after volleyball is over.
