A thought on the pitching, normally a lurker,
While there might be some potential there with the velocity of the pitchers at Butler. Players normally go the JUCO route due to a few things. Grades, finances, ability or development.
Eck being the exception who could have pitching D1 out of high school.

With most quality prospects now committing in 9th or 10th grade they are just now or have been able to recruit pitching prospects that are in 9th, 10th or 11th grade and by that
I mean they are in a position to get that 11th or 10th grader who was a legit recruit in the two or three years ago. Quality pitching gets snapped up at a young age.

There are a LOT of late bloomers who are not "D1 ready" when they are a freshman or sophomore then once they are good enough to go to a D1 there is no money left. Those are the kids that end up at a lot of good Juco programs I sure.
That doesn't mean that they are not ready for D1 out of high school, just means that they weren't ready when the D1's were recruiting their class.
Keep in mind that Katie Malone was going the Juco route and she was obviously D1 ready. In fact her freshman year might have been her best as she led us to a conference title.
