Lady Shocker Tennis team to open their fall season this weekend at OU.

Let's see we have the Boomer Draw, the Sooner Draw, the Stoops Draw and the Switzer Draw. Can someone please help me out. What sport is King at OU?

The Lady Shocks look well situated to continue their dominance of Valley women's tennis with their top 4 singles players back from last year. The future looks good as well as the Shockers have only one Senior on this year's roster.

As usual the Lady Shocks have a very international flavor on this year's roster.

The following players will be playing at OU this weekend based on what I could garner from the 4 draw brackets:

Sr. Lucia Kovalova - Presov, Slovakia
Jr. Julia Schiller - Hoerbranz, Austria
Jr. Abby Stevens - Wichita, Kansas
Jr. Aleksandra Trifunovic - Gotheburg, Sweden
So. Luca Pump - Baja, Hungary
Fr. Gabriela Porubin - Chisinau, Moldova
Fr. Giulia Guidetti - Casinalbo, Italy

Sitting out this weekend, from what I can tell, are:
Jr. Rebecca Pedrazzi - Modena, Italy
Jr. Summer Schlotterback - Lyons, Kansas
So. Whitley Quan - Greenbelt, Maryland
Fr. Tanaporn Thongsing - Bangkok, Thailand

Note to @KungWu et.al. - Please no comments about the name of our Freshman from Thailand. Since it is Women's Tennis we should all conduct ourselves as Ladies and Gentlemen, as out of character as that may be for most of us.
