With Alex, Kelsey, Dap, Alli and Bonner coming back, I'd suspect she stays. Of course if they pay $600,000 like Deb was getting, who knows.

Jody's team did kick KSU's rear end pretty good this year. However, I would anticipate KSU will look elsewhere.

Its amazing how successful Patterson was at getting the best talent from Kansas and she had some really good teams. I always wonder how a program falls like they did and not be able to come back.

After watching the Shocks absolutely dominate K-State in Manhattan I thought K-State would be lucky to win a Big 12 game. Although that was the only KSU game I saw this year KSU actually exceeded my expectations on the season going 11-19 (5-13 Big 12).

I doubt Coach Patterson will be unemployed for long unless she wants to step away from the grind for year although she will be hard-pressed to replace that $600,000 per year salary.

Interestingly, that this season the KSU women had their best average home attendance in the past 5 years at 4,500 per game which is pretty solid for WBB. However, her 85-80 overall record and 34-52 Big 12 record over the past 5 years was at best petty mediocre and I'm sure losing by 23 at home to lowly Wichita State no doubt riled up some of the key KSU supporters.
