And by Destiny's standard it was a relatively run-of-the-mill performance. I know she has is capable of better performances but I do not hot if she is in peak physical condition and ready to cut it loose both physically and mentally.

Distance + Kenya usually adds up to something positive.

                Steve Miller Invitational Highlights

Arantxa Cortez cleared 3.92m/12'10.25" in the pole vault, a new personal best good for fourth in the AAC and seventh in school history.

Sadie Millard ran another Wichita State all-time top-10 time, clocking 24.52 in the 200 meters putting her 8th all-time, although that is not in the top 20 of the AAC this year.

In the triple jump, Chidera Okoro placed fifth with a personal best jump of 12.24m/40'2", the No. 10 mark in school history and fifth-best in the conference standings.

Destiny Masters ran a very ho-hum 200m finishing in 26.52, although this is not a race she runs much and I think, while she has run the 200 outdoors numerous times that this was her first indoor 200. She has run 25.09 outdoors. In the high jump she cleared 5-7.75 which is a solid jump but again well below Desitny's usual standards. She was schedule to run in the 60m hurdles but she pulled out of that event. I have no idea what is going on with Destiny but things just do not seem to be clicking for her so far this winter.
