Women's golf at WSU is not exactly a powerhouse and Wichita's late winter, early season spring weather is not exactly a golfer's paradise. It's not like you are going to stay at home so your family can watch you play. The Shocks rarely play tournaments in or around Wichita. The only one in the last 10 years was the MVC Preview in October 2017 at Sand Creek Station in Newton which ironically came in the Shocks first year in the AAC.
I suppose an offer as a courtesy would be the thing to do. But my expectations of her ending up at Wichita State are very slim. I would love to be proven wrong on that though.
