Interesting contraption in the photo. Not only rebounds for you but forces you to put a lot of arch on your shot (at least they way they have it set).

I am assuming the failure to mention our two Redhsirt Freshman, Krystle Henderson and Kelsy Jacobs, was simply an oversight.

They used to have PJ use that contraption quite a bit.

The contraption is called a "gun." While it does help with arch, the main use is the fact that it shoots the ball back at you. This allows you to put up a ton of shots without having to rebound for yourself or chase a ball that gets away. We use this with our girls team all the time and it has had a huge impact.
