Now that the conference has put 4 and 3 teams into the NCAAs in consecutive years and have four teams in the top-25 in attendance, can the other top-tier programs (UNI, MSU, CU, ISUred) kick their recruiting up a notch?

I really think this is what it will take for the Shocks to go deep into the tournament. Improved competition and better chance for a top-16 seed and better opportunity to host a sub-regional.

It's the "rising tide" concept we saw with men's basketball.

I hope they do something in the next few weeks to get better. The rest of the conference is bringing WSU down, and the only reason that they got 2 other teams in is because...1. MSU won the tourney, and 2. WSU got ranked as high as they did, so it made the conference look better.

WSU is carrying this conference on its back, and the rest seem to be more than happy with riding.
