I doubt that a Division 2 team could compete with KU no matter how high they are ranked. Yes they have a lot to work on but please do not insult them with the comparison.

A top D2 team may be able to compete with a mid to low level team. Not sure where exactly KU fits in. But pretty sure it's not at the top. Last year in football showed a top 1AA team could knock off a pretty good 1A team. Stranger things have happened.
