Yes, WSU has a slightly better Pablo ranking than MSU.
I didn't think it was a big enough difference to overcome the "home court advantage", so I would think that simulating out the conference season using the Pablo rankings would generate the Shockers and Bears splitting their head-to-head series, but I may be misinterpretting it.

In the big scheme of things, with the parity in the MVC this season, there will be a fair share of upsets and shakeups.
