The issue has been mentioned to him, but it all sounds good in his headphones. And I suspect the sound is good until it gets down to whatever ships it back out over the Internet. But again, the whole over-the-Internet thing has been a collective disaster. Surely we did not write a contract so badly that we are actually having to pay for this.
