Izzi leaves WSU as 5th on the all time assists per set list at 10.10. Kori Rosenkranz has 10.15 and Abby Harsh moves down to 6th with 9.37 career assists per set.
Year by year, her 1340 assists in 2023 is 6th all time between Michele Hallagin(1354 in 1998) and Mary Elizabeth Hooper(1335 in in 2009).
Her 1235 assists in 2024 is 13th all time between Yu-Chyi Yang(1256 in 1990) and Mary Elizabeth Hooper(1215 in 2008).
Izzi's 10.47 assists per set in 2023 has her tied for 12th with Mary Elizabeth Hooper's 2008 season. Chelsey Feekin(10.60 in 2013) is 11th and Emily Hiebert(10.43 in 2015) is 14th in assists per set in a season.

As I have posted during this season, Morgan has put her name on all time blocking lists. Her 436 total blocks put her 4th all time between Kristin Carr(492) and Ashley Andrade(434).
Her 385 block assists ranks 4th between Kristin Carr(419) and Ashley Andrade(381)
Her 51 solo blocks has her tied for 15th with Emily Adney. Amy Smith is 14th with 52 and Stephanie Tokarz has 50.

Morgan broke into the 400 kills per year club with 400 kills in 2024. 400 puts her 15th on the kills per year list. Abby Lehman(2015) and Ashley Andrade(2013) are tied for 13th with 401 kills in a season. Sarah Larson is now 16th with 399 kills in 1997.

Morgan's 501.5 points in 2024 is good enough for 9th all time in points scored in a season. Sara Younes(2003) and Jan Meloy(1999) are tied for 7th with 512.0 points. Sara Younes is also 10th with 498.5 points in 2002. Morgan joins Sara Lungren(560.0 in 2006), Emily Stockman(549.5 in 2009 and 537.0 in 2007), and the aforementioned Sara Younes as the only players to get 500 points in a season since rally scoring was implemented in the NCAA. Janelle Watton is the only player to get over 600 point in a season, she got 631 points in 1991.

    These two will be missed.

I could only find stats from 1983 to present, apologies to anyone I missed that played 1974-1980. I do have lists on assists per season, assists per set per season, kills per season, and points per season. If anyone wants to peruse them, I can type them out. I swear I have seen "per season" lists before, but I couldn't find them so I dug through the stats. I'm sure these lists exist somewhere, but they are beyond my google skills.

As an aside- while digging through the stats I noticed a couple of stats for Sara Younes that I found interesting. In 2001 she had 53 aces and 74 service errors on 162 serves. That means only 35 of her serves were returned... for the whole season. In 2002 she had 113 aces and 104 service errors on 269 serves. That is 52 serves that got hit back over the net. In 2003 the not-an-ace-or-error number was 136, in 2004 is was 200. For a grand total of 423 in four years. For perspective, in just 2023 Izzi had 19 aces and 17 service errors on 462 attempts, that is 426 returned serves. Sara played in 420 sets, that is 1.01 returned serves per set in her career. In 2023 Izzi played in 128 sets, that is 3.33 returned serves per set. In 2002 Sara played in 108 sets, that is 0.48 returned serves per set. 0.48 per set. That a crazy number. Those numbers for Sara have to be wrong. Sure, you could say that she had a serving sub, but why would you sub out someone who had 53 aces the year before (which would have been top 5 all time aces in a season in 2001)? Because you were having mercy on the opposition? Doubt it.

While you will probably be correct, St. John's still has to play UConn tomorrow night at 6:30. The St. John's/UConn vs Bowling Green match is TBA. The winner of that match will play the winner of Arizona vs Northern Colorado which plays tomorrow night at 7:00.

My bad. Who knows what I thought I saw. I was mostly keeping Northern Colorado updated for WuDrWu.
