The Shockers receive 3 votes in the AVCA preseason poll. There are a few coaches out there who realize how good this team is going to be this year.

Tennessee, who will be visiting the Chuck early this year, returns most, if not all of their team from last season when they were 28-4, is at #15. UNI checks in at #21 and Colorado State #25. Oklahoma and BYU also getting votes.
WSU, CSU, BYU and UT has to be one of the better tournaments in the country this year, top to bottom. -
I've noticed in these volleyball polls that they are even more subjective than college football polls. The same Top 25 teams that finished in the poll last year are in the poll this year. I know there's not too much parity in this sport, but that seems really weird. I don't think a lot of effort is put into those too much.
With that said, I agree with Doc, that Lambo put together a great tournament in Wichita this year. Not 10,000 fans great, but great none the less.Deuces Valley.
