  • Spring match with Nebraska

    Lincoln, Neb.- The Nebraska volleyball team announced on Thursday that they have secured a match with Wichita State during the 2012 spring season. The Huskers and Shockers will meet at the NU Coliseum on Saturday, April 14 at 5 p.m. The match will conclude a full day of activities on campus as the Husker football team will hold its annual Red/White Spring Game at 1 p.m.

        And they usually sell these matches out. So if you want to go you probably shouldn't wait too long to pull the trigger on a ticket purchase.

              You can only get better playing good teams. Looks like no question Nebraska had the best team today. Nebraska wins 3-1. The three wins were very solid. Hope we understand what it takes to be a top 10 team - learn from this trip.

                  Recently talked to someone who was at the match and they play the old style side out scoring...for the youngsters you had to serve to score. Guess the one set was good but the others we were a little over matched. Wonder how the players liked it?
