I guess the Shockers luck in 5-set matches was bound to go the other way if they keep playing them but not sure much luck involved one way or the other when you lose 6-15 in a 5th set.

I think The Mad Hatter 's comment on the discrepancy in serving was a good observation.

Was unable to follow the match. Not sure if I will get the opportunity to watch this match on replay or not.

As for the at-large bubble. The list of teams on the bubble is shrinking.

Iowa State is in if they can beat Baylor today. Lose - and their RPI will likely be outside the cut-line. However, they would potentially have 5 top 50 wins which could be helpful.

Houston will be right on the RPI cut-line, if they lose to UCF, but beat SMU and USF. They will have a T25 win and the win against Mississippi State. Not sure how they would compare this to Iowa State.
