I obviously have high praise for 3G...but no kidding, Lambo might be my favorite head coach at 21st and Hillside. Dude is one of a kind.

The Shocks have been blessed with a really good gorup of coaches with many boasting very significiant longevity. Lambo is not only a terrific and unique coach but he is very approachable and engaging with his fan base. Definitely a Shocker Hall of Famer.

Lambo my well be the toughest to replace when we get to that point which I hope is another 20 years away. And it is not just Chris. It is the combination of Chris and Shannon Lamb that make the leadership of the Volleyball program really special.
