The serve-receive goes south (mostly picking on Alex) and the score moves to 18-24 before the Cardinal closes out the set at 20-25.

          For the match, .183 v .279.

Grace is now 6-0-8 for .750 and Abby is 4-1-9 for .333, the only percentages above .300.

10-8 becomes 11-13 and the Shocks want to talk about it.

Shocks have benefitted from four Cardinal service errors.

Nothing but proud of the Lady Shocks for not backing down agaisnt a team that had them significantly overmatched physically.

Lambo said the BYU will present a different challenge and I got the feeling he thinks perhaps an even tougher challgen tonight. Stanford just uses their lenght and phycicality to over-power opponent but don't particularly do anything special on offense (Lambo did say Stanford serves very tough). BYU, though, will bring a whole other level of speed to the match tonight and that will present some additional challenges.
