2008 - Andre Clark

Andre Clark, a 6-foot-8 forward from North Little Rock (Ark.) High School, is a potential guy. The sophomore said he is hearing from South Alabama, Ole Miss, Wichita State and Nicholls State.

Subgod, I really try to make sure I get it right. Sometimes I miss, but I try really hard not to give bad info. The article I referenced was Rivals article on the Kingswood Classic Tip Off in Houston and the date of the article is April 22, 2006. That article said on that date said he was a sophomore. I think that would put him in the class of 2008 if he is a sophomore. If there is a problem with the article, I am sorry for passing on their wrong info.

Subgod, You're right that they also list him in the database in the class of 07. I'll try to finf out what he really is.

Either way it's cool. I just noticed he popped up on the WSU interest list in the 07 class. Sometimes they do goof when they write down what class someone is in. No worries.

Apparently the potential came through. I always knew I liked this kid and wish we'd been more involved. He has offers from Oklahoma, Colorado, Baylor and Arkansas and just got back from a visit to Kentucky. Looks like he's favoring 0U at the moment. Indiana is the other school still on his list. It'll be interesting to see where he ends up. Although it sounds like he may end up at a prep school anyway.

Apparently he's what I'd consider a soft verbal to Arkansas now. He's still not certain if he'll sign early. And with the news of Brandon Moore committed to going there I wonder if Clark will end up looking around again...
