  • Top 750 ?

I found this while trolling on the MSU board. I don't put alot of stock in it. It appears that he looked over other recruiting services, combined that with "name" schools and put together his own list. All three of our HS recruits are listed.

The beakers had exactly 0 in the top 750. I also saw very few Pac 10, SEC and the other BCS teams listed.

I wouldn't put too much into that list, plus KU hasn't opened the ticket window for their selection just yet.

If you take that list to heart, we have one of the weakest recruiting classes in the Valley.

I think we all trust Gregg's ability to recognize talent.

If ours is one of the weakest classes then the rest of the valley must be gearing up and we can look once again at the valley as the Valley of Death. This would be a good thing for everyone involved except maybe eville.

Clark's lists are entertaining because they are long and he starts, I forget, maybe tracking from the 4th grade. Nobody else does this. Entertaining but pretty much a scam. Somebody wrote a great article about him recently.
It's pretty unusal to see such a recent list being passed around. You can Google and find some but they are almost always old. His price is something like $600 a year.

He is unreliable but I said I was being generous with my ranking of Jake! :D

PS. So far with Hall we are bringing in the recruit who will make the biggest impact next year.

Clark goes to many events and over the years has added help from different areas of the nation. But the lists, going so deep are still not taken very seriously.

One last thought about Clark's stuff. Years ago I found out about Perry Ellis from his site and started making inquiry on this board on who knew about him.

Someone should run over to MattyPCafe and show them that Tekele Cotton is about 50 spots higher than Austin Chatman.
