Along with Tyrus McGee at Cowley County we also have interest in 6-8 PF James Watson. WSU also recruited him when in high school at Stringtown, Oklahama but he went to Washington State. He transferred to Cowley County with some academic problems. The thread we had on him when in high school has been deleted.

He has a visit set with Georgia State and they have offered. Interest from the Shockers, Detroit, Missouri State and Arkansas-Little Rock.

Yes. I was wrong on his D-1 school. Will Kirkey is another but I think he committed elsewhere.

I still think Cougil might be a possibility.

Yes. Do a seach for him and you will see my speculations about him. We were not mentioned in an an article that named some schools but that doesn't rule us out. I'll sure some of our recruits have pretty tight lips about us.

One thing I didn't write about Brennan was being very good in the shot put in high school. The guy certainly doesn't lack in strength.

Schools currently interested in Watson are WSU, Missouri State, Iowa and Georgia. He is averaging 10.9 points and 6.5 rebounds.
