I suspect that you are doing such a good job tracking all this information and opening a door that we never have gotten to look through before and are giving us a glimpse into basketball recruiting - but is this really how it is done -- flood the field with offers until you get your limit?

Not if you are Duke. I think for most it's common to have 5 to 7 offers or so per scholarship opening. We know about a few more than that but some of them are not on our radar at the present.

You pretty much have to. If you only offer one or two per spot you can be really screwed and your second or third option could be quite a fall off. Some offers are dependent upon other things as well and kids know that.

First round of official visits to WSU are over. If we got a verbal during the visit from any of these we should know real soon. I'm starting to think we didn't. Although that certainly doesn't mean any of them will not be Shockers I'm starting to look for who may be in to visit next.

From the info we already have, Boga, White, Kravish, Washington and Kelly are the likely ones. We could also keep our fingers crossed for a visit from Goff.

Kravish's visit is expected to be an unofficial with the rest officials. If all of the above are carried out, that would leave the Shockers with only 3 official visits left for 2011 class.
