He didn't sign with Mount Saint Mary's. His recruitment in the Spring was minimal due to academic concerns although South Alabama, Colorado State and others kept flirting with him in the spring. He was a big time scorer for his high school team this year.
He has now qualified and is available.
He was TexasHoops' 46th ranked player for the class of 2011. Note that at one point he was to visit WSU. We don't know if that ever happened.
