From what I've read, you don't just go start recruiting in Chicago. If you don't already have an "in" (Jans, perhaps?), you better go hire an assistant who does.
I know we've had a couple of names pop up in the Chicago area and am guessing Jans has a few contacts. Texas is still our hot spot though and with Houston and Dallas I'm not too concerned as there's plenty of talent there.
