The Shockers appear to be a new entry in the recruitment of McNeaill and have offered along with Marshall. UAB and Seton Hall are also under consideration for the 6-0 PG at Conway, Arkansas. He is a decommit from Nebraska. Around 15 ppg and 6 assists in his senior season.

He has not yet taken visits. He plans to go to Marshall and is undecided on the rest.
