Phillips is a 6-0 SG who will play this year at Westbury Chrisitian in Houston. He played at Pearland last year and led the team with 13ppg.
He attended and played well at our elite camp. He also played well at the Colorado State elite camp. I don't have any other recruiting info on him at this time.
