DeAngelo Harrison Class of 2011

We have interest in and have attended the open gym of DeAngelo Harrison. He is an explosive 6-3 shooting guard at Dulles Hi, Fort Bend, Texas in the Houston area. A Rivals' three star and TexasHoops' #15 ranked player for 2011.

He has offers from Missouri and Oklahoma State and interest from Texas A&M, Oregon and Marquette.

WSU also looked at Dulles' Bryant Mbamaulu, 2010 6-3 SG at the open gym.

Also on the same recruiting trip WSU took a look at Ryan Manuel, a 6-5 SF (2011) at Fort Bend, TX (Austin Hi).

Harrison up to #62 in Scout's top 100. He wants to play as a freshman and isn't looking at sitting on the bench at an elite school.

The Shockers are not listed as one of the now several schools offering but in the recent past Harrison has mentioned WSU has one of the schools recruiting him the hardest.
